1. Do I need to pay for a proposal bid? All bids are free of charge and are prepared to satisfy to your
exact needs. Please contact us for a free quote at free-estimates@capserve.com. |

Do I need to sign a long term contract? After accepting our bid for services, a one year contract is drafted only to make sure both parties are covered. A thirty day written cancellation clause allows for both parties to break the contract with or without cause at any time. Back to Top |

Who provides the equipment and/or supplies? Every job is different and every customer has different needs, therefore, whoever provides the equipment and/ or supplies dependents on the customer’s necessities. We as a janitorial company receive large volume discounts on all our products; therefore, we can pass the savings onto our customers when we provide the supplies. Back to Top |

What are our terms of payments? We send our customer an invoice every month for the services provided on the previous month and payments are expected on the first of the next month. Back to Top |

Who do I contact when I have a problem or a request? Capital Services specializes in customer service and provides every customer with a log book where it will have all the phone numbers of the area manager, area supervisor and lead supervisor. Back to Top |

Can I trust Capital Services with the keys to my facility?
This is a question not often asked but is always in the back of
everyone’s mind. We at Capital Services screen all of our
employees with back ground checks, drug testing and more. We provide
and keep proof of liability insurance and every employee is bonded
and insured. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau and
